This Privacy Policy explains how SEObyWAJII collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit seobywajii.com, use the Free Website Audit tool, or contact us about SEO services. SEObyWAJII is operated by Wajahat Ali, a freelance SEO specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Who is responsible for your data
Wajahat Ali (SEObyWAJII), Al Wasl Street, Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at any time by emailing wajahatali@seobywajii.com or calling +971 52 992 6771.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free SEO audit, send an enquiry or book a strategy call, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website address, your main goal, your target market and any message you write. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details and content of that communication.
Free Website Audit tool. When you run the audit tool, we process the website address you enter. The tool requests publicly available pages and files from that website, such as the homepage, robots.txt and sitemap, and sends the address to Google PageSpeed Insights to measure performance. To prevent abuse, the tool temporarily records how many scans are made from your IP address and keeps recent results in a short-lived cache.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you request. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, and interactions such as button clicks, form starts and form submissions.
How we use your information
We use personal information to reply to your enquiry, prepare and send the audit or proposal you asked for, arrange and hold strategy calls, provide and invoice SEO services if you become a client, keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse of the audit tool, and understand which pages and services are useful so we can improve the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal basis
We process personal information in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR. Depending on the situation, we rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form), the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Who we share information with
We only share personal information with service providers that help us run the website and the business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our web hosting and content delivery provider, Google (Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, fonts and email services), Meta (when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp) and the WordPress plugins that power forms, chat buttons and site performance. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. Some of these providers process data outside the UAE, and where that happens we rely on the safeguards they provide.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and audit request details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the engagement continues and afterwards for the period required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Audit tool rate-limit records and cached scan results are temporary and are deleted automatically. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, email wajahatali@seobywajii.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, form submissions include spam protection, and access to enquiry records is limited to the website administrator. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Third-party websites
The website links to other sites, such as Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
